Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BotTrading, operated by AI TRADING INC LTD ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use automated trading and crypto-asset services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your local laws.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and two-factor authentication secure. You must not share your account or use another person's account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

3. Bots and earnings

Activating a bot allocates funds from your balance to an automated strategy for a fixed term. Daily payouts are credited to your balance at the stated rate, and your principal is returned to your balance at the end of the term. Rates and terms are shown at the time of activation.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are credited automatically once confirmed on-chain. Withdrawals are reviewed and processed manually. You are responsible for providing correct wallet addresses — transactions on the blockchain are irreversible.

5. Risk

Trading and crypto-assets involve risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should not commit funds you cannot afford to lose. See our Risk Disclosure.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose, nor attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer the platform.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
